Job Description

We are looking for sharp developers who want to grow quickly by taking on challenges as those
emerge. We are looking for situational leaders who are ready to become independent and take
pride in delighting their clients. Who truly believe that client comes first followed by the team and
then the self.

·       Will work as a Robotic Process Automation (RPA) engineer.
·       Understand the process being automated. Create Proof of Concept RPA bots during either
training phase or pre-sales situations
·       Work on selected RPA platform. Design, develop, test, troubleshoot robotic process
automation programs for our clients
·       Understand & analyse project requirements and work on those to deliver timely results.
·       Create project progress reports and review those with the team. It is likely that the person
will be required to present those to the client as well.
·       Raise issues and risks as soon as those are encountered. Seek help and participate in
brainstorming sessions to resolve these issues/ risks.
·       Ready to identify and take on other responsibilities as situations unfold.
·       Ready and able to interact with the clients without supervision, if situation so demands
·       Able to work in a team environment
